DDelivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)
Delivery is available 7 days a week (excluding Labour Day and Chinese New Year). Same day deliveries order must be received by 12noon (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00

For order received after 12noon (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability

We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be made the next day.

Normal delivery times are 8:30am-5pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) daily for orders going to a home office,

During major festival seasons, delivery times are 8am-5pm (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00

Specific Times : We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. You may request a time frame in the comments box when ordering.

Sunday/Public Holidays/Festival Seasons (Eg : Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, and Chinese New Year, etc) Delivery Times : No specific time.

Delivery Outside Klang Valley
Order must be placed at least 1 day in advance excluding Sunday and Public Holidays, before the desired delivery time.

The floral arrangements may vary as we will assign associate florists in each particular region to fulfill your orders.

We reserve the right not to accept your order when we do not find a suitable florist at your selected area. This is caused by the lack of reliability of the florist at certain outstation areas.

Delivery for Festival Seasons (Eg: Valentine's Day, Mother's day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, etc)

As festival season is our peak time, we will try our best to accommodate your requests. Kindly place your order at least 2 days in advance for delivery to Klang Valley and 4 days in advance for delivery to outside Klang Valley.

Failed Delivery

If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

Re-arrange Delivery

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of Rm20 is applicable. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

Returns/Refund Policy

Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A voucher, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund.
